Taking photos is a great way to document your camping trip. Take pictures of your camping activities, unique plants and wildlife you find on your trip. One fun thing to do is go on a photo safari. Make a list of things to photograph and seek them out. When you are done you can put them in a scrap book or family photo album.

Taking a digital camera on your camping trip is the best way to go. You don't have to spend money on 35mm film. With a camera that has removable memory cards you don't have to worry about running out of pictures. If you fill up one memory card just switch it out with another one. You can view your photos straight from the camera and if you don't like the pictures you just took you can delete them right away.
